I've moved off the old antiquated support system, for a few reasons namely the continual problems with the outdated SupportPress theme that caused me to have to run a really old version of WordPress, a server that was overworked causing slow load times and bad user experience, among other things.
The one unfortunate thing with the move was I couldn't port existing open tickets over as the system is 100% different, so if you had an open request please reopen your ticket and we'll get back to you shortly, thanks for your understanding and this move was for you guys I'm sure you'll be 200% happier with the experience.
